4. Repair electrode tip: If the electrode tip is severely worn or deformed, it needs to be repaired. Usually, electrode repair tools or specialized grinding machines can be used to repair the electrode tip, restore its sharpness and correct shape.


5. Check electrode alignment: Before reinstalling the electrode onto the welding machine, it is necessary to ensure the alignment of the electrode. Check whether the installation position and angle of the electrode are correct to ensure that the electrode can make correct contact with the workpiece during the welding process.


6. Installing electrodes: Reinstall the repaired electrodes into the welding machine and adjust the position and angle of the electrodes as needed to ensure correct alignment.


7. Test electrode: After installing the electrode, it needs to be tested to ensure its normal operation. Usually, no-load and load tests are conducted to check the current conduction performance and stability of the electrodes.


8. Adjusting welding parameters: Based on the repaired electrode condition and welding requirements, it may be necessary to adjust welding parameters such as current, time, pressure, etc. to ensure that the welding quality meets the requirements.


9. Record maintenance information: Finally, it is necessary to record the maintenance status of the electrode, including repair date, repair content, electrode usage, and other information. This helps track the maintenance history of the electrode and perform the next maintenance in a timely manner.
