The problem of low filling rate of copper brazing machine may involve multiple factors, including brazing material, heating temperature, joint gap and surface condition. When solving the problem, it is necessary to check and optimize the process parameters one by one according to the specific situation. High-quality brazing can not only improve product performance, but also effectively reduce production costs.
1. Choose the right brazing material
For copper materials, phosphor copper brazing material or silver-based brazing material is recommended. This type of brazing material has good wettability and fluidity and is suitable for copper brazing.
2. Improve heating efficiency
Ensure that the welding temperature reaches the melting point of the brazing material and evenly distributes the temperature in the welding area; medium-frequency induction heating or precise temperature control equipment can be used to improve the temperature control accuracy.
3. Adjust the joint gap
Strictly control the joint gap within the recommended range to ensure that the capillary action can fully play a role and the brazing material can flow and fill the gap.
4. Clean the welding surface
Before welding, grind, degrease or pickle the copper surface to remove oxide film and dirt and improve the adhesion of the brazing material.
5. Optimize welding position design
Try to design the weld in a horizontal position, using gravity and capillary action to help the solder flow; if necessary, use a welding fixture to fix the workpiece to ensure a reasonable welding angle.
