Energy storage spot welders, known for their high efficiency, energy saving, and high welding precision, are widely used in various metal joining industries. However, to maintain the equipment's stable performance and extend its service life, daily maintenance and regular servicing are crucial. Here are the steps for monthly maintenance:

1.Test the Energy Storage Capacitor

The energy storage capacitor is one of the core components of the energy storage spot welder. It should be tested monthly to ensure its energy storage capacity is within the normal range. If the capacity drops significantly, it is recommended to replace it to avoid affecting the stability of the welding output.

2.Lubricate Moving Parts

Lubricate moving parts of the equipment, such as the electrode arm and sliding tracks, with special purpose lubricating oil monthly to ensure smooth operation of the parts and prevent wear or damage caused by friction.

3.Check Power Voltage

Regularly test the power voltage to ensure that the power supply is stable and meets the equipment's requirements. Unstable voltage may affect the stability of the welding current, thereby impacting the quality of the welds. If the voltage is found not to conform to the requirements, necessary adjustments should be made or a voltage stabilizer should be installed.
